Just Weigh Support

Need help with Just Weigh? This page covers the most common questions and how to contact support.

Export Your Data

Open the Data tab in Just Weigh and choose the CSV sharing option. The app creates a portable weight.csv file that you can save or share with a destination you choose.

Delete Entries

You can delete individual weight entries from the history view. To remove all locally stored app data, delete Just Weigh from your device.

Reminders

If reminders do not appear, check that notifications are allowed for Just Weigh in iOS Settings. Reminder scheduling happens locally on your device.

Privacy

Just Weigh does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or server-side storage. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
